WHAT’S INCLUDED:

  • Round trip on major airlines

  • A Catholic tour chaplain accompanies your pilgrimage; however, this is guaranteed only for groups larger than 25 members

NOT INCLUDED:

Items of a personal nature such as passport cost, visa fees (if applicable), travel insurance, laundry and room service. Beverages such as coffee, tea, mineral water, etc. usually are extras with dinners. Tips to tour escorts, local guides, drivers and chambermaids are the responsibility of each individual.

TOUR DOCUMENTATION:

About 21 days before departure you will receive your overnight flight bag and tour documents. The travel document portfolio includes your air tickets, tout membership list, your personal final itinerary name badge, baggage tags and helpful information for your trip.

AIR TRANSPORTATION:

Air transportation is by major scheduled carriers, usually via American and European airlines. The choice of carrier to some extent is determined by the area of origin of the group’s majority. For those handling their own connecting flights to a U.S. gateway, the international air schedule is available upon request 25-30 days prior to departure. We recommend that passengers handling their own trans-atlantic air (land only reservations) contact Go Ever Happy Tour, Lda about 21 days before departure with their arrival details.

TRAVELING ALONE?

Tour prices are based on two persons sharing a room. Go Ever Happy Tours, Lda, uses great care to arrange congenial rooming for nonsmoking single traveler & a limited number of single rooms are available at the single room supplements indicated.

TRIPLE ROOMS:

Triple rooms are available to families and friends at the listed per-person triple room reductions.

CHILDREN:

Tour participants under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult. 12-18 year olds will receive a 5% discount Children 5-11 years of age receive a 10% discount. Please inquire regarding children under 5 years of age.

SMOKING:

Smoking is not allowed on motor coaches. Single travellers who smoke are required to book a single room at the single room supplement indicated with each itinerary.

FOREIGN CURRENCY:

As you will be traveling on an inclusive tour, there is little need to buy currency before your arrival in a country. Additional tips on the subject will come with your confirmation and current exchange rates are part of your final itinerary.

BAGGAGE:

For your and your fellow travelers’ comfort and because of limited motor coach capacity we kindly ask that you travel with only one suitcase, not to exceed 30″ x 20″ x 10″

HAND LUGGAGE:

Please assure that your carry/on bag does not exceed 17″ x 11″ x 11″.

PASSPORTS:

A valid passport is required of all tour members. U.S. passports: Please apply through your post office or if you live in a larger metropolitan area directly from the passport office.

VISAS:

It will be the tour member’s responsibility to contact the consulates of the countries that require issuance of a visa, for instance India and to be in possession of the needed visas before commencement of the tour.

VACCINATIONS:

None are required.

SPECIAL DIETS:

Dietary meals maybe reserved in advance on airliners. During the tour dietary food generally can be prepared on request. Additional details will be provided with your confirmation.

HANDICAPPED:

Handicapped tour member requiring special assistance en route must travel with a companion to look after his or her well being. Additional details will be provided your confirmation.

AFTER THE TOUR:

If you have any questions or comments about our services after completion of your tour, please contact Go Ever Happy Tours, Lda, in writing or by e-mail. Please make sure such correspondence reaches us less than 30 days after your return for a timely follow-up.
